Doctrinal statement (What We Believe)

1. We believe the King James Bible is the perfect Word of God in the English language. We believe the Scriptures must be rightly divided (2 Tim. 2:15) and illuminated by the Holy Ghost to be correctly understood.
2. We believe in the Tri-unity of God being God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.
3. We believe that man was originally created in the image of God.  We believe our total purpose of existence is for God’s pleasure.
4. We believe all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and must be saved to go to heaven.
5. We believe anyone can be eternally saved by the grace of God in believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
6. We believe the Christian life is lived by the power of the Holy Ghost as the Christian yields himself to walk in the Spirit.
7. We believe God’s work of evangelism and edification is to be done through the agency of the local church.
8. We believe the local church should be independent of any outside political or religious body and led by the pastor as directed by Holy Ghost.
9. We believe Jesus Christ is coming back to rapture the church before Daniel’s 70th Week begins (Pre-tribulation rapture).
10. We believe where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty to worship and work for God.
